Today we are parting ways with our League of Legends head Coach and Manager James “Torok” Thomsen. Torok joined Team Singularity as of June 2020 and has led the teams’ efforts in the NLC for 3 consecutive splits. The restructuring of the team was a huge success in 2021 with the revamped roster finishing 4th in Spring and 3rd in Summer and it’s been a pleasure to work with James on developing a high-performance League of Legends team.
“I’ve had a wonderful time at Team Singularity and the organisation has provided me with the springboard to reach even greater heights. I want to thank Atle and the organisation for the trust and time invested in me to lead the League of Legends project. The creative freedom and support received from Team Singularity has been fantastic to work under and I wish the organisation every success in the future. I genuinely believe we created a path to pro for many of our players and showed just how much talent there is in the NLC ecosystem, whilst also competing with the very best.”

“It’s been such a great pleasure to work with James, and I’ve nothing but good things to say about his work and professionalism. I hope James will find a great home for 2022 and beyond, hopefully he’ll get a chance within LEC, because I definitely believe he both deserves and is ready for it. I hope our path will cross again in the future my friend and best of luck with everything going forward. Take care.”
