We are excited to welcome another UK based University to our Path2Pro Partnership scheme. De Montfort University is in the heart of Leicester which has a specific esports union course that is open to the public. DMU Esports are a student group that supports a large range of competitive games such as League of Legends & TFT, Overwatch, CS:GO, Valorant, Rocket League, Hearthstone, Rainbow Six Siege, Tekken, Smash and more.
DMU focus on both competitive and casual gaming and are active on all social media platforms so they are easily accessible. They actively compete against other UK University teams/players and have a high placement rate in previous tournaments. Having a gaming lab in the campus, this is a great way to kickstart your career in esports and surround yourself with gamers and develop your own skills in a safe environment.
