We sat down with Mason “Steady” Bowstead to get some information about the team and the signing.
What are your expectations for this signing with Team Singularity?
We just want the Organisation to support us with (like the already offered) GFX, support from everyone, maybe jump in a stream once in a while let us know how we’re doing, if you don’t think we’re doing the right thing, tell us etc.
How does it feel to get the chance to play for a professional organization?
It feels great, It’s only Mumzy who have had a chance to play for a Pro Org before in Complete Chaos.
Tell us a bit a bout the squad and how you meet each other?
We have played duos & squads together casually & competitively for a very long time. We understand each others playstyles and work around it very well. As a team we place top 10 in most of the scrims & tournaments we play. Our team consists of top talented players, and we want to become one of the top tier teams in the future tournaments, but we are youngsters and need an organization to help form us and coordinate our time and efforts.
We met as I’m the owner Jolt Esports and I picked up the guys and then we’ve formed a good friendship before we formed as a team
You’re a 4 man squad, but are you also playing duos together? Who’s playing with who?
Duos are Steady and Oller, Mumzy and Ssumday.
What do you think about the Danish pro team already signed with Singularity?
Skillwise they’re insane I seen Tj play on his stream, haven’t had chance to see what they’re like personality based though.
Player introductions:
Mason ‘Steady’ Bowstead [C]
I am 15 years old from England, I began playing on console when I was very young as I found interest in Call of Duty. I made the move to PC very recently at the beginning of this year. Around the age of 12, I began playing CoD competitively participated and won many tournaments over time.
I began my Fortnite career in January, playing since Season 2 has managed me to get a lot of experience including over 6500 games. I have been playing scrims on PC for around 2 months, I try to get as many scrims games in per day as I possibly can to compete and get better.
I am a skilled player with focus on game sense & call outs. However, I can still perform well mechanically.
I’m the Owner of Jolt Esports & I have a lot experience with managing teams so ill be performing as our teams Captain & Manager.
Adrian ‘Ssumday’ Sutus
I am 14 years old from Sweden, I began playing on console when I was around 6 years old because my brother convinced me to begin gaming. I made the move to PC 5 years ago and began playing CSGO casually before going competitive, I competed in CSGO for 1 years then moved to competitive H1Z1 for 2 years. I participated and won many tournaments and scrims over the two games and managed to get my record of 31 kills on H1Z1.
I began my Fortnite career in October, playing since Season 1 has managed me to get a lot of experience including over 7000 games. I have been playing scrims around 8 months, I try to get as many scrims games in per day as I possibly can to compete and get better. On School nights I play for around 4 hours but over 10 hours on weekends as I have a lot of free time.
I’m a mechanically based player however my experience in CSGO has also really helped with my aim.
Mumzy
I am 13 years old from United Kingdom, the first game I played was Call of Duty Black Ops 2, which helped me proceed my gaming career. I joined many teams during my time in Black Ops playing casually and competitively.
I then received a laptop and began playing Overwatch, and eventually competitively before taking a break from gaming to pursue sports in real life. However, when I was 11 I got a decent PC and decided to begin playing again. I played games such as H1Z1 & CSGO, taking my personal kill record of 34 on H1 and ranked Legendary Eagle on CS. I played both games for around 1 and a half years.
I began playing Fortnite because of the trend at my school and it took me around 600 games to get my first win, and I didn’t play seriously until Season 4. I began competing in customs and scrims. At the end of S4 I was recruited to the organization Complete Chaos alongside Prov0kd, Shawcast, HarryTapir and JeppeDx, the team disbanded when Prov0kd left so I pursued Solo until joining Jolt. I am an aggressive, fast paced & mechanical player aiming to go pro.
