Team SingularityBACK TO THE CREATOR CALL

LEGAL / 01 YOUR DATA, CLEARLY EXPLAINED

PRIVACY
NOTICE.

EFFECTIVE 31 AUGUST 2026VERSION 2026-08-31

This notice explains how Team Singularity uses personal data when you visit teamsingularity.com, apply to our creator programme, contact us, or choose to receive SNG Army updates.

01 Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Atle Capital ApS, trading as Team Singularity, CVR 39995808, Denmark.

Atle Capital ApS decides why and how the personal data described in this notice is used. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to join@teamsingularity.com.

02 What information do we collect?

When you apply, we collect the information you provide:

  • your name or creator name;
  • email address and country or region;
  • an optional phone or WhatsApp number;
  • your main channel URL and primary content format;
  • your proposed GTA VI content idea;
  • whether you separately chose to receive SNG Army marketing emails.

We may also process messages and attachments you send us, public information available through the channel URL you provide, application status, reviewer notes, submission and update times, email delivery status, browser user-agent information, a pseudonymised hash derived from your IP address, and security, rate-limit and administrator audit records.

Please do not include sensitive personal data, confidential information, or unnecessary information about another person in your content idea.

03 Why do we use this information?

Review applications

To receive, assess and respond to applications, communicate about selection, and take steps toward a possible paid creator agreement.

GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps requested before a possible agreement, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in running an inclusive creator programme.
Contact you

To send a neutral receipt confirmation and discuss your application by email or, if you provide a number, by phone or WhatsApp.

GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f), depending on the stage and applicant.
Protect the service

To prevent abuse, apply rate limits, secure the website and admin panel, investigate incidents and keep an accountable review record.

GDPR Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests in security and responsible administration.
Optional updates

To send SNG Army creator calls, drops and launch updates by email only when an applicant actively opts in and can legally give that consent.

GDPR Article 6(1)(a), consent, and section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.
Legal records

To keep records needed for contracts, payments, accounting, tax, legal claims or compliance.

GDPR Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(f), depending on the record.

Marketing consent does not affect whether you can apply or how we review your application. The required acknowledgement beside the form confirms that you received this notice. It is not the legal basis for reviewing your application.

04 What information is required?

Your name or creator name, email address, country or region, channel URL, primary format and content idea are required. We cannot properly review or respond to an application without them.

A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. SNG Army updates are also optional. We do not ask for your age or date of birth in the application form.

05 Who can receive your data?

  • authorised Team Singularity administrators and reviewers who need it to assess or manage applications;
  • Simply.com A/S, which provides website, MySQL database, SMTP and mailbox hosting as our processor;
  • the email provider used to deliver messages to you;
  • WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if an applicant voluntarily provides a number and an authorised team member contacts them through WhatsApp;
  • professional advisers, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

A copy of an application may be included in an internal notification sent to the authorised Team Singularity mailbox. We do not sell personal data.

06 International transfers

Our main production website, database and Team Singularity mailbox are hosted through Simply.com in Denmark. Simply.com publishes its current subprocessors on its compliance page.

If we contact an applicant through WhatsApp, WhatsApp may process the number, message content and related technical data outside the European Economic Area. WhatsApp states that it relies on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the transfer. You can always choose to communicate with us by email instead. Read the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for the European Region.

07 How long do we keep data?

  • Applications that are rejected, closed or inactive, together with related review notes, are kept for up to 12 months after the application is closed or our last meaningful contact, whichever is later.
  • If an application leads to a creator relationship, information needed for that relationship is kept for its duration. Contract, payment and accounting records may be kept for five years after the end of the relevant financial year where Danish bookkeeping law requires it.
  • Application email-delivery logs and ordinary administrator audit records are kept for up to 12 months.
  • Expired rate-limit records are removed after their short security window. Administrator invitations are removed within 30 days after expiry or use.
  • SNG Army subscription data is kept until consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, a minimal suppression record may be kept for up to three years to honour the request and demonstrate compliance.
  • Records connected to a security incident, dispute or legal claim may be kept until the matter is resolved.
  • Standard hosting logs follow the provider's operational security schedule and are limited to what is needed to operate and protect the service.

When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing dispute.

08 Young creators

You do not have to be 18 to submit an application, and we do not ask for your age or date of birth in the initial form.

If an applicant cannot legally enter into a paid agreement on their own, we will involve a parent or legal guardian before any contract or paid campaign participation. We collect guardian details only at that later stage and with their knowledge. Please do not enter a parent or guardian's details in the initial application.

Optional marketing is separate from the application. If you cannot legally give marketing consent yourself, leave the SNG Army box unchecked. Neutral service messages about an application may still be sent.

09 Marketing choices

SNG Army marketing emails are optional, separate from the creator application and never preselected. The form identifies Team Singularity as the sender, email as the channel, and the types of updates covered.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting join@teamsingularity.com. Withdrawal is free, takes effect for future marketing, and does not affect your creator application. You also have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing at any time.

10 Cookies and website technology

The public campaign page does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, browser local storage or other non-essential tracking. Our hosting provider may create ordinary server logs for security and technical operation.

The restricted administrator area uses one strictly necessary session cookie named sng_admin. It is limited to the admin area and configured as Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite Strict. Public visitors do not receive this cookie unless they access and sign in to the admin area.

11 Automated decisions

Creator applications are reviewed by people. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Automated rate limiting may temporarily block excessive submission attempts. It protects the form and does not assess the quality or content of an application.

12 Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • receive confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • object to direct marketing at any time;
  • receive certain data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email join@teamsingularity.com. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. Some rights may be limited where we must keep information to comply with law or protect legal rights.

13 Complaints

You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency:

Datatilsynet
Carl Jacobsens Vej 35
2500 Valby, Denmark
dt@datatilsynet.dk
File a complaint online

You may also contact the data-protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

14 Security

We use measures intended to protect personal data, including HTTPS, restricted administrator access, individual administrator accounts, hashed passwords, protected session cookies, rate limiting, pseudonymised IP values and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

15 Changes and contact

We may update this notice if the programme, systems, providers or applicable law changes. The current effective date and version will be shown at the top. If we want to use existing data for a materially different purpose, we will provide additional information first and request new consent where required.

Questions, privacy requests and marketing withdrawals can be sent to join@teamsingularity.com.
