Tobiz benched

POSTED BY Webmaster August 31, 2020

Today Tobias ”TOBIZ” Brøgger Poulsen has been moved to the bench from the CS:GO team prior to the start of the new ESEA MDL season. TOBIZ has been a pillar in our team since SNG re-entered the EU CS:GO scene at the start of the year, but the decision now has been made to make room for a breath of fresh air.

“After roughly two months of not being a full team, it has taken its toll on us, especially myself who have been juggling full time job as a teacher beside putting 6-8 hours of cs since we signed with Team Singularity in mid-January, something had to be changed and unfortunately for me, the players wanted to go in another direction without me. No one is bigger than the team, which means I am being placed on the bench for now. A special shout-out goes to “Celrate”, who I think is one of the most underrated skilled players in Denmark and whom I´ve always enjoyed playing with for the last 3-4 years.”

“Many early matches lately and the need for a fresh breath, means that TOBIZ will be moved to the bench from today. TOBIZ is a great player, with a lot of qualities. However, times and playing style, have selected him to be moved to the bench for a while. Further announcement about the team future will come tomorrow.”

Peter “Casle” Toftbo Ardenskjold, CS:GO Coach, Team Singularity

“It was a tough decision to make, but after two months of inconsistency and not being a five-man solid team, due to numerous reasons, then something had to change. Tobias has a lot on his plate outside of CS:GO as well and I believe it’ll be helpful and healthy for Tobias to have some time to refocus his energy and motivation.”
