OverActive Media (TSXV:OAM) (OTCQB:OAMCF) (“OverActive” or the “Company”), a global sports, media and entertainment company for today’s generation of fans, announces a new partnership agreement with Danish esports organization Team Singularity. The partnership brings with it two Toronto Ultra branded Call of Duty Challengers teams for the 2022 season, Toronto Ultra Academy and Toronto Ultra Academy EU.

Both the Toronto Ultra Academy and Toronto Ultra Academy EU teams will compete in their next scheduled tournaments on Saturday, February 26.

“Team Singularity is focused on talent scouting and development, creating the esports stars of tomorrow with our path2pro ecosystem. Our partnership with OverActive Media and working directly with one of the best Call of Duty teams in the CDL enables us to optimize the framework around our Call of Duty Challenger operation.
We have a great relationship with Toronto Ultra and have previously transferred two Team Singularity Challenger players to the Ultra team, Tobias “CleanX” Jonsson and Jamie “Insight” Craven.”
