Today we welcome Dmitriy ‘Dima’ Bandurka to the Team Singularity Valorant team and our green SNG family. Dima is a well-known in esports for his past in CS:GO, and he’s the final piece that we have been missing in our Valorant team to get the team to the next level.
We are super excited to welcome Dmitriy ‘Dima’ Bandurka, and are looking forward to his first official match with us this weekend where we are playing a Bo3 for a spot in the CIS Valorant Champions Tour Masters.
We asked Dmitriy ‘Dima’ Bandurka about his past and his future upon joining Team Singularity;
“For more than 10 years I have been professionally playing CS:GO, my career began with Team Spirit and ended in Espada. I played in a lot of tournaments in different corners and countries of the world, I’m the winner of championships and a participant of 3 majors (CS:GO World Championship) with Team Spirit. With Espada I also qualified for the Major last year, but because of COVID-19 restrictions the event was postponed, which unfortunately ended up with the Espada team disbanding.

I decided to start a new chapter in my life, change the discipline and move to VALORANT! It was quite a difficult decision because I’m just a newbie here, but I’m very motivated and I will do a lot for top results.

“For more than a month we have been testing players for our team and finally we can announce our new player. It was a difficult decision as we had two players that are very good and with great motivation, but at this stage we have decided that we would continue to play with Dima going forward. Purpo is a very good and promising player who will show everyone how he can play and I’m sure he has a great future ahead of him. But at the moment we need a player with a lot of experience who will help us close some of the game aspects. I’m grateful to Purpo for his motivation and for his human qualities and want to thank him for his time here.
